ST. CLOUDS
SIGNATURE WINTER COCKTAILS

THE BANDIT
The Bandit is a smooth talker, but he carries a sharp blade.  Oola Distillery Waitsburg whiskey, infused with vanilla beans, shaken with a splash of sweet vermouth and a gentle tap of blackberry-espresso bean simple syrup.                                                                       9.00

THE MOONSHINER
The Moonshiner traces his roots to the venerable Old Fashion cocktail with an orange and a cherry crushed up with whiskey and bitters.  But there's a fork in the family tree; we use Woodinville Whiskey Company's White Dog Unbarrelled 110 proof whiskey, garnet vermouth and real maple syrup.                                                                                                                   8.75

THE LONESOME LAWMAN
The Lonesome Lawman holds his own against the likes of the Bandit and the Moonshiner.  It's a tough job, but somebody's gotta do it.  Bulleit rye whiskey, apricot brandy and a light drizzle of Earl Grey simple syrup, shaken up and finished with fresh orange zest.            8.75

THE TEMPTRESS
The Temptress seduces with her silky robe of dark chocolate, but beneath that velvety layer is the subtle heat of a vixen.  Dark chocolate and caramel shaken with Oola Distillery Pepper vodka made with Thai chilies and Hungarian goat peppers, poured into a martini glass rimmed with crystal sugar, Mediterranean grey sea salt and cocoa.                  8.50

NORMANDY COCKTAIL
Fresh and tart, with mild sweetness and jam-packed with seasonal flavors.  Here's a classic cocktail that's been given the St. Clouds redux.  Calvados apple brandy and citrus juices shaken with a house made cranberry-muscovado sugar reduction and served on the rocks.                                                                                                                                                               8.50

614 CIDER
Gage's next door neighbor turned him on to this drink on a cold, blustery night in Ballard.  Hot, spiced cider, Canadian whiskey, Grand Marnier and grenadine.  Mmmm, tastes like a hot slice of cherry pie.                                                                                                                        8.00

OAXACA COCOA
Warming and sensual, the festive flavors of southern Mexico are served piping hot in a coffee mug.  Rich, house made cocoa spiked with cinnamon liqueur and brandy.              8.00

EXTRA NUDGE
A coffee nudge is always a comforting treat on a soggy evening.  We made this wintertime favorite of brandy, Kahlua and creme de cacao smoother, richer and creamier with the addition of Godiva chocolate liqueur.                                                                                       8.00
